NATIONAL IRRIGATION AUTHORITY SHOWCASES IRRIGATION SOLUTIONS AT AFRICA PUBLIC SERVICE DAY 2026
The National Irrigation Authority is participating in the two-day Africa Public Service Day (APSD) 2026 celebrations at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), Nairobi. The event brings together public institutions, policymakers, development partners, and stakeholders to showcase innovations, strengthen collaboration, and improve public service delivery.
Held under the theme, “Enhancing Public Sector Institutional Empowering through Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships to Achieve Universal Water Availability and Safe Sanitation by 2063,” APSD 2026 provides a platform for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and citizen engagement across the public sector.
The event was graced by Hon. Geoffrey Kiringa Ruku,Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Public Service, Human Capital Development and social programmes who was hosted by Dr.Jane Kere Imbunya, (PhD) Principal Secretary, State department for Public Service.
At the event, the Authority showcased its mandate, projects across the country, impact of those projects and their contribution to food security and sustainable development in Kenya.
