NIA EXPLORES PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS FOR INTEGRATED SOLAR ENERGY IN IRRIGATION PROJECTS.

Today, NIA CEO Eng. Charles Muasya, MBS and Senior Managers held a meeting with representatives of Solar Edge from Poland and their local agents Zimaki Consult at NIA Head Office.

The team discussed potential areas of collaboration through the Public Private Partnerships to support Integrated Solar Energy in Irrigation schemes and projects. Other areas explored are on capacity building, innovations, financing and technical support.

It was agreed the team to engage further and share all the required documents to guide on development of a proposal and submit for consideration.

The Solar Edge was represented by: Mariusz Potocki and Tomasz Kruppik while Zimaki was represented by Eng. Samuel Oruma and QS Bertrand Ngaiywa.
