PASSING ON OF DIRECTOR JULIUS KANO NDUMBI

Dear Stakeholders,

It is with profound sadness that we regret to inform you of the passing on of Mr. Julius Kano Ndumbi who until his demise on 13th May 2024 was a Director at the National Irrigation Authority’s Board representing farmers.

He was appointed to the Board on 26th May 2023 via gazette notice no. 679.

Mr. Ndumbi’s dedication to the irrigation sector and advocacy for farmers will be dearly missed.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Management, and staff of the National Irrigation Authority, I wish to express our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones during this difficult time of grief. May Mwalimu’s soul rest in eternal peace.
