Ps Visit To Galana Kulalu Food Security Project

The PS, State Department of Irrigation, Prof. Fred Segor joined NIA Board of Directors in Galana Kulalu on August 6, 2019 to assess the state and progress of the project. The Board of Directors had earlier been in Njukini Irrigation Project on August 5, 2019 for an induction tour.

Irrigation Bill 2019 Signed Into Law

His Excellency the President Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta has signed the Irrigation Bill of 2019 into law today, August 2, 2019. The Irrigation Act is intended to support sustainable food production by outlining the roles of national and county governments in facilitating irrigation activities in the country.
