SENSITIZATION EXERCISE ON THE MATRIX OF LAWFUL CONSEQUENCES FOR INFRACTIONS WITHIN THE PUBLIC SERVICE.
In alignment with the Public Service Commission guidelines, the National Irrigation Authority (NIA), led by the CEO, Eng. Charles Muasya, MBS, together with the senior management team has successfully conducted a comprehensive sensitization exercise for all its staff on the matrix of lawful consequences for infractions within the Public Service.
This initiative underscores the Authority’s commitment to upholding integrity, accountability, and the highest standards of professionalism in public service. By ensuring that all staff are fully informed of the legal and disciplinary implications of misconduct, the Authority aims to enhance compliance, promote ethical behavior, and improve overall service delivery to the citizens of Kenya.
