MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

National Irrigation Authority on 8th оf March 2023 conducted a mental health care, work , life and love balance training at Unyunyuzi Annex, (Head office).

Clinical Psychiatrist Rika Victoria from Chiromo hospital group was the guest Speaker.The focus of the day was on stress, our body’s physical and emotional reaction to demand or threat, the relationship between stress and mental illness, types of mentall illness and healthy coping mechanism for mental well being of National Irrigation Authority staff in the race to archive our vision, Water to every irrigable acre.
